Refund and Returns Policy
We all make mistakes at times, but what differentiates us is how we rectify them
We have a very simple and easy Exchange/ Refund Policy.
If one is not satisfied with their purchase, simply return it within 15 days of delivery date and get a refund by filling the form below.
However, there are a few exceptions to the above mentioned rule as we are offering both standardized products and customized products.
- Standard Product
A product which can be re-sold to the general public and has no specific sizing/ design.
- We will refund the full amount excluding delivery charges provided that the product is received in good condition.
- Custom Product
A product that was specifically made to a customer’s choice which may be of a specific size or design.
- We will not refund/ exchange customized products.
after receiving your returned product, we will promptly examine it and within 30 days, we will notify you via email regarding your eligibility for a refund.
We refund using the original payment method. However, if you opt for store credit then an extra 10% discount for a future purchase on top of the refunded item's price.
